Focus: This Special Session deals with the analysis and development of control design methodologies oriented to the management of multi-agent systems. Within this field, recent advances point out that a crucial aspect relies on the capability to reduce as much as possible the computational load of the resulting algorithm. This usually prescribes the design of distributed control schemes joined with adequate topology in terms of both communications facilities and spatial requirements. The goal of this special session is to collect novel ideas and solutions concerned with multi-agent control systems.
Topics:
- Constrained and coordination control
- Swarm modeling
- Autonomous systems
- Convex optimization
- Multi-agent control
- Networked control systems
